Q: I think I might be infected but nothing shows up on my virus scan…Why?
A: Not all infections are viruses. Spyware and other malicious software also cause infection-like symptoms but since they are not classified as a virus not all anti-virus software will find them.

Q: I don’t open any emails from people I don’t know so how did I get infected?
A: Emails are no longer the easiest way to get an infection. Now just having your computer on and connected to the Internet is all it takes. You don't even have to be using the computer at the time of infection.

Q: My computer won’t turn on…is all my music, pictures and data lost forever?
A: In most cases the answer is no. Only in rare cases is the hard disk damaged so badly that information cannot be retrieved off of it.

Q: Where is your service area?
A: At this time Miller Computer Management serves Geneva, St. Charles, Batavia, West Chicago, Elburn, North Aurora, South Elgin, Sugar Grove, and other towns located in Kane and western Dupage Counties. We have also served customers in Kendall, Will, Grundy and Dekalb counties.
